What affects the price?

The amount of our “Price list: Service for foreigners” is also affected by the fact that in our company you have the entire process at the price quoted, the client does not have to pay for further “additional services” during the process, nor does he have to pay extra for preparing documents, etc. We take care of the entire procedure until the customer’s decision. We also do not accept wholesale orders from foreign customers who only care about submitting an application, and not necessarily about a positive decision for each person.

Our prices are adequate to the services provided and do not stand out from the local market. What distinguishes us is the quality of work.

Due to the large number of inquiries coming to our company, with our Clients in mind we have prepared the following services:

1. Quick mini-valuation

which takes from 15 to 30 minutes. It consists of reviewing the case and discussing the Client’s personal circumstances. Thanks to this, we learn the needs in detail and can then prepare an individual valuation. We will take care of every detail of the case. And what is important — we do not race with companies that offer low prices only to attract clients. With us, you will receive an honest and reliable proposal that serves your case, not something that looks good only on paper. The cost of the quick mini-valuation is only 369 PLN, which will be credited towards the priced service once it is ordered.

2. Verification of the client’s documents for an application for a card, residence, etc.

This service consists of a detailed check of the completeness and correctness of the documents, assessing the chances of obtaining a positive decision and indicating any possible gaps or risks — and here we immediately advise what to do to make everything as correct as possible. It is a form of preliminary check that allows the client to understand their situation better even before the actual process begins. Importantly, if a full service package is ordered, the fee for document verification — 890 PLN — is fully credited towards the ordered service. Thanks to this solution, we ensure transparency, safety, and comfort at every stage of cooperation.

3. Change of employer

Comprehensive service — In Poland, this is one of the biggest problems faced by foreigners. A person changing employers often does not know what formalities they must fulfill, or — even worse — is convinced that they do not have to do absolutely anything in order to work legally. As a result, many foreigners who come to Poland at the invitation of companies find themselves in a difficult situation after some time: they want to change jobs, but they are not sure whether they can do it legally and what consequences are associated with the lack of appropriate actions. We work in an “everything in one place” model, so you do not need to contact various institutions or search for information yourself. Every situation is different, therefore we make an individual valuation of each case, but we take responsibility for the entire process and handle it from start to finish. Thanks to this, you can change your job calmly, without stress and uncertainty.

4. Express submission of documents

Applies to temporary residence (single permit application — EU Blue Card — family reunification — running a sole proprietorship — residence with a partner — residence with a Polish citizen — higher education), intended for people who expect fast service or priority handling. This solution is created for clients for whom time is crucial and who want their cases to be handled as quickly as possible.

The service includes collecting all documents necessary to initiate the proceedings (formal requirements) and submitting the application at the office in an accelerated mode — within a maximum of 72 hours.

Price list of the express service:

1. 1. 1700 PLN — submission of documents within 1 day,
   2. 1600 PLN — submission of documents within 2 days,
   3. 1500 PLN — submission of documents within 3 days.

Thanks to this service, the client receives priority handling, full support in document preparation and a guarantee of fast submission of the application at the office — without unnecessary delays and without the need to handle formalities independently.

6. One visit to the office with a client or availability by phone during a visit to the office at the price of the most popular services (including residence cards and applications above PLN 1,800 and a visit in the case of submitting an application in Warsaw);
7. It is possible to use our additional services, e.g. comprehensive assistance in obtaining certificates from offices, specialist consultations or additional visits to the office with the client;
8. Thanks to our knowledge gained through years of professional practice and knowledge of regulations, our effectiveness is 98% of positive decisions;
9. In addition to Polish language service, we speak the most popular languages ​​in the world: English, Ukrainian and Russian.
10. We arrange visits to the appropriate Office throughout Poland. We handle matters online and in-person at offices.

Note!

In the case of each client who decides to cooperate with us, we first familiarize ourselves with the current documents and decisions regarding stay and work in Poland, and after checking whether we can actually perform the ordered service, we will issue a proforma invoice. After receiving proof of payment, we send you a list of all necessary documents and a list of questions that we will need answers to.

At the same time, we will send you all the documents that require it to be signed, or we will invite you to sign documents at our office in Warsaw. We adapt the mode of operation to the needs of the client and the specificity of a particular case. We also operate on-line throughout Poland.

After obtaining all the necessary documents and information, we submit applications as soon as possible (usually within a week, but sometimes we need more time, which is why we set the maximum deadline for 14 days from the receipt of a complete set of documents) and send you confirmations of their submission, after which we monitor information from offices on an ongoing basis and we inform the client about receiving the decision.

We also take on orders that need to be completed urgently. In this case, the service is priced individually and its price is higher than the standard price list. Working under time pressure is not a problem for us, but we have no influence on the date of issuing decisions in the office.
