Virtual Office

• The fee for companies, which make use of services of accountant, is calculated per month
• The fee for companies, which do not make use of services of accountant, is calculated in 3 months cycles (in advance)

The prices given are net amounts

Post-Office Box/Virtual Address*

100,00 PLN/month net (123,00 PLN/month gross)

* Virtual address concerns only correspondence address without possibility of registration of enterprise/ economic activity. Fee for 12 months is required in advance.

Attention!

When subscribing the contract we charge the fee for the subscription for the first month as well as deposit in the amount of 2 months subscription. The deposit is returned.

“Standard”: 150,00 + 2*150,00 = 450,00 PLN net
“Premium”: 200,00 + 2*200,00 = 600,00 PLN net

“Virtual Address”: 100,00 + 2*100,00 = 300,00 PLN net

A virtual office is a service that provides an address for company registration and a correspondence address.
In practice, this means that the client uses our address as the address of his registered office.
Our employees provide comprehensive service of incoming mail to the client: they inform about each new shipment, place it in the client’s individual box and scan it at his request.
